Presented herein are techniques for determining whether a healthcare information dataset includes incongruous information. A healthcare information dataset associated with a patient is obtained. The healthcare information dataset is analyzed using a data-derived model to determine whether the healthcare information dataset includes incongruities. One or more actions are performed based on whether the healthcare information dataset includes incongruities.[French]
