An apparatus for applying at least one electrode array to a head of an individual is disclosed. The apparatus includes a head receiving structure configured to receive at least a portion of the head of the individual. The head receiving structure defines an interior. The head receiving structure comprises an adhesive or hook or loop material within the interior. The adhesive or hook or loop material is configured to retain the at least one electrode array within the interior of the head receiving structure.[French]
