Abstract[English]
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, a hub device collects a set of healthcare parameters from one or more medical devices, wherein each healthcare parameter is a result of conducting a corresponding medical test using a medical device on a person of a plurality of persons. The hub device also receives a biometric data that is able to uniquely identify each person of the plurality of persons. The hub device then identifies a unique identifier associated with the person based on the biometric data and uploads the set of healthcare parameters associated with the unique identifier to a node in a cloud, wherein the node stores the set of healthcare parameters as part of an electronic health record (EHR) of the person.[French]
Selon un aspect de la présente invention, un dispositif central collecte un ensemble de paramètres de soins de santé à partir d'un ou de plusieurs dispositifs médicaux, chaque paramètre de soins de santé étant un résultat d'un test médical correspondant effectué à l'aide d'un dispositif médical sur une personne parmi une pluralité de personnes. Le dispositif central reçoit également des données biométriques qui sont aptes à identifier de manière unique chaque personne de la pluralité de personnes. Le dispositif central identifie ensuite un identifiant unique associé à la personne sur la base des données biométriques et télécharge l'ensemble des paramètres de soins de santé associés à l'identifiant unique à un nœud dans un nuage, le nœud stockant l'ensemble des paramètres de soins de santé dans le cadre d'un dossier médical électronique (EHR) de la personne.
