A construction panel kit, comprising: a plurality of construction panels (100), each construction panel (100) including an outer structural layer (102) covering a foam core (104). Each construction panel (100) is delimited by panel edges (112, 114, 116, 118) including first and second edges (112 and 114), the first and second edges (112 and 114) being configured so that when first and second construction panels (100) from the plurality of construction panels (100) are assembled to each other, the first edge (114) of the first construction panel (100) and the second edge (116) of the second construction panel (100) engage each other and overlap such that the first and second panels (100) are securable to each other at the first and second edges (114 and 116).[French]
