Abstract[English]
Provided is a stabilized aqueous hydrogen peroxide composition comprising a sugar alcohol that does not contain silver, organophosphonate, peroxyacetic acid or other peracid, or stannate. The composition optionally includes a carboxylic acid. The composition is suitable as a disinfectant and oxidizer, and for the treatment, inhibition, or eradication of fungi or nematodes. Also provided is a method for reversing a bacterial or fungal infection in an infected plant, and a method for enhancing plant growth and/or productivity. Also provided is a method for inhibiting or preventing fungal spore germination in soil in a fungal infested area. Also provide is a method of controlling or preventing nematode infestation of a plant, and a method of reversing damage of a plant caused by nematode infestation. Also provided is a method for treating or reversing Panama disease in an infected banana plant.[French]
L'invention concerne une composition aqueuse stabilisée de peroxyde d'hydrogène comprenant un alcool de sucre qui ne contient pas d'argent, d'organophosphonate, d'acide peroxyacétique ou d'autres peracides, ni de stannate. La composition comprend éventuellement un acide carboxylique. La composition est appropriée en tant que désinfectant et oxydant et pour le traitement, l'inhibition ou l'éradication de champignons ou de nématodes.
