Abstract[English] A method for detecting fluid movement in an annular space between a wellbore and a wellbore tubular includes inducing a temperature change in the wellbore tubular, fluid in the annular space and formations adjacent to the wellbore at a selected depth. Acoustic energy is detected at the selected depth. Fluid movement is determined using the detected acoustic energy.[French] Selon l'invention, un procédé de détection de mouvement de fluide dans un espace annulaire entre un puits de forage et un élément tubulaire de puits de forage consiste à induire un changement de température dans l'élément tubulaire de puits de forage, un fluide dans l'espace annulaire et des formations adjacentes au puits de forage à une profondeur sélectionnée. L'énergie acoustique est détectée à la profondeur sélectionnée. Un mouvement de fluide est déterminé à l'aide de l'énergie acoustique détectée.
