Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a liquid pharmaceutical composition of tirzepatide or pharmaceutically acceptable salt or derivative(s) thereof delivered with a multi-dose pen. Further the present invention relates to a reusable or disposable pen comprises one or more cartridge(s) suitable for delivering multiple doses of tirzepatide for the treatment of tirzepatide sensitive diseases. The present invention also relates to a novel liquid pharmaceutical composition comprising tirzepatide in a concentration of 67 mg/mL to 200 mg/mL, wherein such composition is substantially free from sodium chloride, and wherein such composition exhibits long-term stability suitable for storage.[French]
La présente invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique liquide de tirzpatide ou de sel ou dérivé pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci administrée avec un stylo multi-dose. En outre, la présente invention concerne un stylo réutilisable ou jetable comprenant une ou plusieurs cartouche(s) appropriée(s) pour administrer de multiples doses de tirzepatide pour le traitement de maladies sensibles au tirzépatide. La présente invention concerne également une nouvelle composition pharmaceutique liquide comprenant du tirzepatide à une concentration de 67 mg/mL à 200 mg/mL, une telle composition étant sensiblement exempte de chlorure de sodium, et une telle composition présentant une stabilité à long terme appropriée pour le stockage.
