The disclosure relates to an apparatus comprising: means for receiving, from a base station, at least one reference signal transmitted on at least one transmission beam; means for measuring the at least one reference signal transmitted on the at least one transmission beam; means for detecting a measurement reporting event, wherein the measurement reporting event is selected amongst a plurality of measurement reporting events based on at least one of a capability of the apparatus to determine a speed of the apparatus or a speed of the apparatus; and means for transmitting, to the base station, a measurement report, in response to the detected measurement reporting event.[French]
