Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a method for determining an objective quality of a reference representation of at least one 3D object, comprising: - projecting (E30) the reference representation into a 2D reference image and a distorted representation of said 3D object into a 2D distorted image; - generating (E40) at least one reference bounding box in the 2D reference image and at least one corresponding distorted bounding box in the 2D distorted image; - for at least one confirmed viewpoint: i. refining (E60) at least one said reference bounding box and its corresponding distorted bounding box; ii. cropping (E70) the at least one 2D reference image and the at least one 2D distorted image; iii. comparing (E80) said cropped images and obtaining (E80) at least one 2D metric score; - obtaining (E90) an overall quality score for said reference representation using the 2D metric.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de détermination d'une qualité objective d'une représentation de référence d'au moins un objet 3D, comprenant : - la projection (E30) de la représentation de référence dans une image de référence 2D et d'une représentation distordue dudit objet 3D en une image distordue 2D ; - la génération (E40) d'au moins une case de délimitation de référence dans l'image de référence 2D et d'au moins une case de délimitation distordue correspondante dans l'image distordue 2D ; - pour au moins un point de vue confirmé : i. l'affinage (E60) d'au moins une case de délimitation de référence et de sa case de délimitation distordue correspondante ; ii. le rognage (E70) de l'au moins une image de référence 2D et de l'au moins une image distordue 2D ; iii. la comparaison (E80) desdites images rognées et l'obtention (E80) d'au moins un score de métrique 2D ; - l'obtention (E90) d'un score global de qualité de ladite représentation de référence à l'aide de la métrique 2D.
