Abstract[English] Disclosed in the present disclosure are an operation and maintenance rule updating method and system, a device, a storage medium, and a program product. The method comprises: acquiring a plurality of anomaly features of a target device cluster and the occurrence time of each anomaly feature; on the basis of the plurality of anomaly features and the occurrence time of each anomaly feature, determining whether there are anomaly features having an association relationship among the plurality of anomaly features, wherein the association relationship is used for representing that there is a causal relationship between the anomaly features; and when there are anomaly features having an association relationship, updating an operation and maintenance rule of the target device cluster on the basis of the anomaly features having the association relationship.
