Device for grating material and directly collecting and bringing the grated material into contact with a liquid, which device comprises of a grating blade (1) with a first collection space (2) that can be releasably connected to one side thereof, and a second collection space (3) that can be releasably connected to the other side of the grating blade, whereby the first and/or the second collection space comprises of a permeable or perforated wall, designed to allow the passage of the liquid in question and to retain the grated material in the first and/or second collection space.[French]
