In the embodiments of the present disclosure, by means of information interaction between a detection tool and a virtual switch, a virtual-network-interface-card detection mechanism at a queue granularity is provided, such that whether a receive queue of a virtual network interface card is abnormal can be accurately and efficiently detected, thereby ensuring the stability of a virtual machine, enhancing the stability and operation and maintenance capability of a cloud service, and thus improving the user experience of the cloud service.[French]
