Abstract[English]
A novel adhesive pouch dressing, comprising a non-adhesive pouch with its open edge welded substantially perpendicular to the periphery of a hole in an adhesive sheet, to provide an optimal barrier of protruding objects and bodily structures, or a reservoir and drainage conduit for bodily discharges. There may be an intra-pouch rim of adhesive sheet to better withstand pulling or striking through of discharges from the pouch. One or more luminal connectors, with optional adhesive straps to prevent pouch from twisting, can be attached to the pouch to drain discharges from the pouch.[French]
Nouveau pansement adhésif à poche, comprenant une poche non adhésive dont le bord ouvert est soudé sensiblement perpendiculairement à la périphérie d'un trou dans une feuille adhésive, pour fournir une barrière optimale d'objets en saillie et de structures corporelles, ou un réservoir et un conduit de drainage pour des décharges corporelles. Il peut y avoir un bord intra-poche de feuille adhésive pour mieux résister à la traction ou à la frappe à travers des décharges à partir de la poche.
