Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to methods, apparatuses, and devices for wireless communication. A user equipment (UE) may generate (1002) a request for at least one transmission of at least one synchronization signal (SS)/physical broadcast channel (PBCH) block based at least in part on a condition. The UE may also transmit (1004), to a first serving cell, a random access preamble, wherein the random access preamble indicates the request for the at least one transmission of the at least one SS/PBCH block associated with a second serving cell.[French]
