Abstract[English]
Medical devices and related methods useful for cryoablation are described. The medical device may include a shaft defining a lumen and having a distal end portion that includes an inflatable balloon; and a tube movable along the lumen. The tube may be in fluid communication with the balloon and configured to supply a cryogenic fluid to a needle closing a distal end of the shaft and to the balloon. The medical device may be movable between a first configuration in which a distal end of the tube abuts a proximal end of the needle while the balloon is deflated, and a second configuration in which the distal end of the tube is proximal to the balloon, wherein supplying the cryogenic fluid through the tube inflates the balloon in the second configuration.[French]
L'invention concerne des dispositifs médicaux et des procédés associés utiles pour la cryoablation. Le dispositif médical peut comprendre un arbre définissant une lumière et ayant une partie d'extrémité distale qui comprend un ballonnet gonflable ; et un tube mobile le long de la lumière. Le tube peut être en communication fluidique avec le ballonnet et conçu pour fournir un fluide cryogénique à une aiguille fermant une extrémité distale de l'arbre et au ballonnet.
