Abstract[English]
Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to buffer status reporting (BSR) for data packets. An apparatus, such as a user equipment (UE), receives a data packet associated with a set of data packets for transmission (e.g., a service data unit (SDU) of a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) protocol data unit (PDU) set). The set of data packets includes a first subset of data packets (e.g., source data packets) and a second subset of data packets (e.g., redundant data packets). The UE determines a condition is satisfied for transmitting a BSR. The UE transmits the BSR based on a configuration for transmitting the BSR. The BSR indicates a data volume associated with the first subset of data packets and a portion of data packets of the second subset of data packets. In some cases, the base station transmits signaling to the UE indicating the configuration.[French]
Divers aspects de la présente divulgation concernent un rapport d'état de tampon (BSR) pour des paquets de données.
