Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to the topical pharmaceutical composition comprising about 0.001% w/w to about 1% w/w latanoprost and about 1% w/w to about 15% w/w cortexolone-17α-propionate and a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle comprising one or more solvent and process of its preparation. The invention further relates to the method wherein the composition is suitable for preventing and/or treating hair loss and/or stimulating hair growth. in patients suffering from alopecia, in particular androgenic alopecia (AGA).[French]
La présente invention concerne la composition pharmaceutique topique comprenant environ 0,001 % p/p à environ 1 % p/p de latanoprost et environ 1 % p/p à environ 15 % p/p de cortexolone-17α-propionate et un véhicule pharmaceutiquement acceptable comprenant un ou plusieurs solvants et un procédé pour sa préparation. L'invention concerne en outre le procédé selon lequel la composition est appropriée pour prévenir et/ou traiter la chute des cheveux et/ou stimuler la pousse des cheveux chez les patients atteints d'alopécie, en particulier l'alopécie androgénique (AGA).
