Abstract[English] A computer implemented method of computing a personalized safe zone for transcatheter deployment of an aortic valve prosthesis device in a subject, comprising: identifying a location of an annulus plane of an aortic valve in at least one reference image, identifying a location of a cardiac conduction region between a perforating bundle and a branching point of the left branch bundle of a conduction system of the heart in the at least one reference image, and computing the personalized safe zone for transcatheter deployment of the aortic valve prosthesis device as a function of the location of the annulus plane and the location of the conduction region.[French] L'invention concerne un procédé mis en œuvre par ordinateur de calcul d'une zone de sécurité personnalisée pour la pose transcathéter d'un dispositif de prothèse de valvule aortique chez un sujet, consistant à : identifier un emplacement d'un plan annulaire d'une valvule aortique dans au moins une image de référence, identifier un emplacement d'une région de conduction cardiaque entre un faisceau de perforation et un point de ramification du faisceau de ramification gauche d'un système de conduction du cœur dans l'au moins une image de référence, et calculer la zone de sécurité personnalisée pour la pose transcathéter du dispositif de prothèse de valvule aortique en fonction de l'emplacement du plan annulaire et de l'emplacement de la région de conduction.
