Abstract[English]
Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to an enhanced encoder design (and associated signaling), such as an enhanced encoder structure for a quasi-cyclic low-density parity-check (QC-LDPC) encoder. The new encoder may enable a larger girth (e.g., a length of the shortest cycle of a Tanner graph) without adding complexity to a hardware implementation of the encoder, by using permutation matrices. Thus, the enhanced encoder may facilitate the use of short or finite-length codes with wireless communications data channels, among other benefits.[French]
Divers aspects de la présente divulgation concernent une conception de codeur améliorée (et une signalisation associée), telle qu'une structure de codeur améliorée pour un codeur de contrôle de parité à faible densité quasi-cyclique (QC-LDPC). Le nouveau codeur peut permettre un périmètre plus grand (par exemple, une longueur du cycle le plus court d'un graphe de Tanner) sans ajouter de complexité à une mise en œuvre matérielle du codeur, en utilisant des matrices de permutation.
