Abstract[English]
A method of adapting a treating of tumors by the delivery of tumor treating electromagnetic fields to a patient including the steps of: placing an electrode array on the patient; selecting a first adaptation of an electrode activation configuration to activate selected elements of the electrode array to treat the tumors; analyzing cells of the tumors that have been treated using the first adaptation of the electrode activation configuration; and using the first adaptation of the electrode activation configuration to treat the tumors until depending on a cell analysis of the analyzing step then changing to a second adaptation of the electrode activation configuration to activate selected elements of the electrode array to treat the tumors, the first adaptation including a rotating of electromagnetic field frequencies between 200 kHz and 150 kHz.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé d'adaptation d'un traitement de tumeurs par l'administration de champs électromagnétiques de traitement de tumeurs à un patient, comprenant les étapes consistant à : placer un réseau d'électrodes sur le patient; sélectionner une première adaptation d'une configuration d'activation d'électrodes pour activer des éléments sélectionnés du réseau d'électrodes afin de traiter les tumeurs; analyser des cellules des tumeurs qui ont été traitées à l'aide de la première adaptation de la configuration d'activation d'électrodes; et utiliser la première adaptation de la configuration d'activation d'électrodes pour traiter les tumeurs jusqu'à, en fonction d'une analyse cellulaire de l'étape d'analyse, passer à une seconde adaptation de la configuration d'activation d'électrodes pour activer des éléments sélectionnés du réseau d'électrodes pour traiter les tumeurs, la première adaptation présentant une rotation de fréquences du champ électromagnétique entre 200 kHz et 150 kHz.
