The present disclosure provides a RNA comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding a modified hemagglutinin (HA) protein from an influenza virus, wherein the modified HA protein comprises at least one amino acid substitution or deletion relative to a native HA protein within a HA cleavage site.[French]
