Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to the specific design characteristics of automated machine provides a robust, reproducible manufacturing process to enhance the mixing of viscous pharmaceutical compositions and the automated machine comprising two cylindrically shaped processing vessels are connected via perforated disk type valve. A gellable material is introduced into one cylinder, vehicle is introduced in the other and by alternately applying force to each cylinder, mixing and homogenization takes place. The internal diameter of one cylinder to the internal diameter of second cylinder is equal, the process provides good, homogenized product within less time and made more transferring cycle.[French]
La présente invention se rapporte aux caractéristiques de conception spécifiques d'une machine automatisée et fournit un procédé de fabrication robuste et reproductible permettant d'améliorer le mélange de compositions pharmaceutiques visqueuses. Ladite machine automatisée comprend deux récipients de traitement cylindriques qui sont reliés par l'intermédiaire d'une soupape à disque perforée. Un matériau gélifiable est introduit dans un cylindre, un véhicule est introduit dans l'autre cylindre et en appliquant alternativement une force à chaque cylindre, le mélange et l'homogénéisation se font. Le diamètre interne du premier cylindre au diamètre interne du second cylindre est égal, le procédé fournit un bon produit homogénéisé en moins de temps et fait plus de cycle de transfert.
