Abstract[English]
Living polymers prepared by organolithium initiated polymerization of conjugated diene monomer or copolymerization of conjugated diene and vinyl aromatic monomers are efficiently coupled by using a functionalized siloxane oligomer blend as coupling agent. Diene rubber compositions partially coupled with functionalized siloxane oligomer blends exhibit broad molecular weight distribution, increased throughput in their industrial processing, as well as faster dissolution in recipes to produce rubber toughened plastics such as HIPS and ABS. Radial styrene-butadiene block copolymers as well as their corresponding hydrogenated block copolymers achieved excellent thermoplastic elastomer performance and can be used for hotmelt adhesives, sealants, asphalt modification, footwear; technical compounds, thermoplastic gels, films or elastic fibers.[French]
Des polymères vivants préparés par polymérisation amorcée par organolithium de monomère diène conjugué ou par copolymérisation de monomères diène conjugué et aromatique vinyle sont couplés efficacement au moyen d'un mélange d'oligomères siloxanes fonctionnalisés utilisé comme agent de couplage. Les compositions de caoutchouc diénique partiellement couplées à des mélanges d'oligomères siloxanes fonctionnalisés présentent une large distribution des masses molaires, un débit accru lors de leur mise en œuvre industrielle, ainsi qu'une dissolution plus rapide dans les formulations destinées à la production de plastiques renforcés au caoutchouc tels que le HIPS et l'ABS. Les copolymères séquencés radiaux styrène-butadiène ainsi que leurs copolymères séquencés hydrogénés correspondants présentent d'excellentes performances d'élastomère thermoplastique et peuvent être utilisés pour des adhésifs thermofusibles, des mastics, une modification de l'asphalte, des articles chaussants, des mélanges techniques, des gels thermoplastiques, des films ou des fibres élastiques.
