Abstract[English]
The invention relates to systems and methods for lesion detection based on heart tissue dynamics determined via one or more algorithms for analyzing ultrasound image data associated with an anatomical region of interest. In particular, systems of the invention provide for processing the ultrasound image data to reconstruct images of the tissue representing the anatomical region of interest during a complete single heartbeat and to analyze a stress to strain relationship of the tissue to identify areas of one or more lesions in the tissue.[French]
L’invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés de détection de lésions basés sur des paramètres dynamiques de tissu cardiaque déterminés par l’intermédiaire d’un ou de plusieurs algorithmes pour analyser des données d’image ultrasonore associées à une région anatomique d’intérêt. En particulier, les systèmes de l’invention permettent de traiter les données d’image ultrasonore pour reconstruire des images du tissu représentant la région anatomique d’intérêt pendant un battement cardiaque unique complet et d’analyser une relation entre la contrainte et l’élongation du tissu pour identifier des zones d’une ou de plusieurs lésions dans le tissu.
