Abstract[English]
This disclosure relates to haptic stimulation and provides improved techniques for permitting an adult toy of one manufacturer to drive reactions of a second adult toy (or an accessory) of a potentially different manufacturer. In one embodiment, sensor data from a first toy is buffered and resampled at a constant data rate to generate a genericized data stream. This data is then processed (e.g., filtered, combined or otherwise modified) to generate interpretations pertaining to toy manipulation, for example, inferences as to toy motion. Upon detecting defined conditions, a translation or mapping function then converts identified actions/manipulations to commands for actions or reactions of the second toy or accessory. Techniques can further be applied for mitigating skew between the timing of these actions/reactions and linked audiovisual material, thereby providing for improved content and/or an improved experience.[French]
La présente divulgation concerne une stimulation haptique et concerne des techniques améliorées pour permettre à un jouet pour adulte d'un fabricant d'entraîner des réactions d'un second jouet pour adulte (ou d'un accessoire) d'un fabricant potentiellement différent. Dans un mode de réalisation, des données de capteur provenant d'un premier jouet sont mises en mémoire tampon et ré-échantillonnées à un débit de données constant pour générer un flux de données généralisé.
