A wearable device includes an optical sensor module, the optical sensor module including an image sensor configured to receive light from biological tissue and to perform in-pixel DC subtraction, the image sensor including an analog-to-digital converter with 16 or fewer bits; and a light source including a laser and being configured to illuminate, through the tissue, the image sensor.[French]
