Abstract[English]
A wearable system and methods for modifying properties of eyes are provided. The system includes an ultrasonic device; at least one sealed cavity; a fluid and lighting environment control device; a controller; one or more feedback sensors; and a computing device. The method includes applying vibrations through actuators in contact with an eye socket bone through skin; warming a cavity to set temperature to a first temperature for a period up to a predetermined time except when the temperature exceeds a second temperature; setting vibration cycles after the set temperature is reached; initiating a cavity pressure cycling after the set temperature is reached and after the setting vibration cycles is completed; and completing the cavity pressure cycling and then completing the warming. The system and methods can be applied to surgical treatments, medications, finger massage, or used independently to modify the tissue properties of the eye.[French]
L'invention concerne un système pouvant être porté et des procédés de modification de propriétés des yeux. Le système comprend un dispositif ultrasonore ; au moins une cavité hermétique ; un dispositif de commande d'environnement d'éclairage et de fluide ; un dispositif de commande; un ou plusieurs capteurs de rétroaction ; et un dispositif informatique. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : appliquer des vibrations par l'intermédiaire d'actionneurs en contact avec le plancher orbital de l'œil à travers la peau ; réchauffer une cavité pour régler la température à une première température pendant une période, jusqu'à un temps prédéterminé, à l'exception du moment où la température dépasse une seconde température ; régler les cycles de vibration après l'atteinte de la température définie ; démarrer un cyclage de pression de la cavité après l'atteinte de la température définie et après l'achèvement du réglage des cycles de vibration ; et terminer le cyclage de pression de la cavité et ensuite terminer le réchauffement. Le système et les procédés peuvent être appliqués à des traitements chirurgicaux, des médicaments, un massage des doigts, ou utilisés indépendamment pour modifier les propriétés tissulaires de l’œil.
