A system and method for measuring pulse wave velocity. In some embodiments, a system includes: a pulse timing sensor, including: a first wearable speckleplethysmography sensor; and a second wearable speckleplethysmography sensor, the first wearable speckleplethysmography sensor being configured to measure a blood flow velocity at a first point, on a first artery, and the second wearable speckleplethysmography sensor being configured to measure a blood flow velocity at a second point on a second artery.[French]
L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de mesure de vitesse d'onde de pulsation. Dans certains modes de réalisation, un système comprend : un capteur de synchronisation de pulsations, comprenant : un premier capteur portable de pléthysmographie à granulation ; et un capteur portable de pléthysmographie à granulation, le premier capteur portable de pléthysmographie à granulation étant conçu pour mesurer une vitesse d'écoulement sanguin au niveau d'un premier point, sur une première artère, et le second capteur portable de pléthysmographie à granulation étant conçu pour mesurer une vitesse d'écoulement sanguin au niveau d'un second point sur une seconde artère.
