The invention provides methods related to combination therapies comprising an anti- alpha4beta7 antibody, e.g., vedolizumab, and. a pan-JAK inhibitor, e.g., tofacitinib, for treating inflammatory bowel disease, such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease.[French]
