Abstract[English]
In an aspect, the present disclosure provides a method for determining a cancer assessment of a subject, comprising: (a) obtaining a whole blood sample from the subject; (b) performing centrifugation on the whole blood sample to obtain a plasma layer, a serum layer, a supernatant layer, or a cell pellet; (c) assaying at least a portion of the plasma layer, the serum layer, the supernatant layer, or the cell pellet, or derivatives thereof, to generate a Raman spectroscopy profile of the whole blood sample of the subject; (d) processing the Raman spectroscopy profile of the whole blood sample of the subject using a trained machine learning algorithm or against a reference; and (e) determining the cancer assessment of the subject, based at least in part on the processing in (d).[French]
Selon un aspect, la présente divulgation concerne un procédé de détermination d'une évaluation du cancer d'un sujet, consistant à : (a) obtenir un échantillon de sang total provenant du sujet; (b) effectuer une centrifugation sur l'échantillon de sang total pour obtenir une couche de plasma, une couche de sérum, une couche de surnageant ou un culot de cellules; (c) doser au moins une partie de la couche de plasma, de la couche de sérum, de la couche de surnageant ou du culot de cellules, ou leurs dérivés, pour générer un profil de spectroscopie Raman de l'échantillon de sang total du sujet; (d) traiter le profil de spectroscopie Raman de l'échantillon de sang total du sujet à l'aide d'un algorithme d'apprentissage automatique entraîné ou par rapport à une référence; et (e) déterminer l'évaluation du cancer du sujet, sur la base, au moins en partie, du traitement de l'étape (d).
