Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to receiving, from a first cell, broadcast signaling comprising a configuration for requesting a first system information block (SIB1) of the second cell. Aspects of the present disclosure may relate to transmitting a request for the SIB1 of the second cell. Aspects of the present disclosure may relate to receiving a paging message for the SIB1 of the second cell and receiving the SIB1 from the second cell. Aspects of the present disclosure may relate to performing cell selection based at least in part on a reception of the SIB1.[French]
