Abstract[English]
This invention introduces a method of development for a nanodrug that releases HOCl at tumor sites for treating lung cancer. The process involves creating alginate chitosan nanoparticles, measuring folate conjugation to chitosan, studying the properties of the nanoparticles, assessing HOCl release and cytotoxicity, and evaluating the impact on cancer cells by analyzing protein expression. Additionally, the penetration and effects of the nanoparticles are studied in a mouse model of lung cancer to understand their behavior in vivo. Overall, this patent aims to develop a targeted and effective treatment for lung cancer with minimal side effects on healthy tissues.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé de développement d'un nanomédicament qui libère du HOCl au niveau de sites tumoraux pour le traitement du cancer du poumon. Le procédé consiste à créer des nanoparticules d'alginate de chitosane, mesurer la conjugaison du folate au chitosane, étudier les propriétés des nanoparticules, évaluer la libération et la cytotoxicité du HOCl et évaluer l'impact sur les cellules cancéreuses en analysant l'expression protéique. De plus, la pénétration et les effets des nanoparticules sont étudiés sur un modèle murin du cancer du poumon pour comprendre leur comportement in vivo. Globalement, ce brevet vise à développer un traitement ciblé et efficace du cancer du poumon ayant des effets secondaires minimaux sur les tissus sains.
