Abstract[English]
The present invention introduces the ASIC integrated MEMS device with exposed bond-pads from bottom attached ASIC and method for making the same. The ASIC integrated MEMS device with exposed bond-pads from bottom attached ASIC can be especially used for micromirror array MEMS devices. With the present invention and technology, individually controlling of thousands of micromirrors becomes possible and bring easier fabrication method. With the present invention and technology, individually controllable micromirror array can implement easier control method and more compact packing becomes feasible. With help of the present invention scheme, more complicated light modulating device scheme can be implemented with micromirror array or MEMS device with a large number of controlling channels. Scheme, apparatus, and method are disclosed in the present invention.[French]
La présente invention concerne un dispositif MEMS intégré d'ASIC avec des aires de soudure exposées à partir d'un ASIC fixé par le dessous et son procédé de fabrication. Le dispositif MEMS intégré d'ASIC avec des aires de soudure exposées à partir d'un ASIC fixé par le dessous peut être particulièrement utilisé pour des dispositifs MEMS à réseau de micromiroirs. Grâce à la présente invention et à la technologie, une commande individuelle de milliers de micro-miroirs devient possible et permet d'obtenir un procédé de fabrication plus facile. Avec la présente invention et la technologie, un réseau de micromiroirs pouvant être commandé individuellement peut mettre en œuvre un procédé de commande plus facile et un conditionnement plus compact devient faisable. Au moyen du schéma de la présente invention, un schéma de dispositif de modulation de lumière plus compliqué peut être mis en œuvre avec un réseau de micromiroirs ou un dispositif MEMS avec un grand nombre de canaux de commande.
