A system for ensuring fairness in a virtual golf tournament and comprises a tournament server configured to manage the virtual golf tournament with multiple golfers playing on a plurality of golf simulators, the tournament server has access to a list of permitted hardware configurations for the plurality of golf simulators. Each of the plurality of golf simulators configured to allow a playing golfer to play golf in a virtual environment. The tournament server is configured to validate the hardware configuration of the golf simulator prior to recording a score from the golf simulator in the virtual golf tournament.[French]
L'invention concerne un système permettant de garantir l'équité dans un tournoi de golf virtuel et qui comprend un serveur de tournoi configuré pour gérer le tournoi de golf virtuel avec de multiples golfeurs jouant sur une pluralité de simulateurs de golf, le serveur de tournoi a accès à une liste de configurations matérielles autorisées pour la pluralité de simulateurs de golf.
