A topical composition comprising a cell hydrolysate obtained from an in vitro culture and one or more polyphenols. Use of the composition in the preparation of a product for skincare, cosmetic or wound care purpose. In embodiment, the in vitro cell culture is yellow croaker swim bladder cell, and the polyphenol is resveratrol or epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG).[French]
