Abstract[English] The disclosure provides methods of treating a refractory or relapsed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in a subject comprising administration of a cell comprising a nucleic acid molecule encoding a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), wherein the CAR comprises an antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that binds IL-1RAP, a transmembrane domain, and an intracellular signaling domain comprising at least a stimulatory domain, wherein prior to administering the cell, the subject is preconditioned with a lymphodepleting chemotherapy (LDC).[French] L'invention concerne des méthodes de traitement d'une leucémie myéloïde aiguë (LMA) réfractaire ou récidivante chez un sujet comprenant l'administration d'une cellule comportant une molécule d'acide nucléique codant pour un récepteur antigénique chimérique (CAR), le CAR comprenant un anticorps ou un fragment de liaison à l'antigène de celui-ci qui se lie à IL-1RAP, un domaine transmembranaire, et un domaine de signalisation intracellulaire comprenant au moins un domaine stimulateur, avant administration de la cellule, le sujet étant préconditionné avec une chimiothérapie lymphodéplétive (LDC).
