A cutting apparatus may include a base supporting a base cutting element defining a cutout area. A device may include a middle plate movably connected to the base in a longitudinal direction, the middle plate supporting a middle plate cutting element aligned with the base cutting element. A device may include a pusher movably connected to at least one of the base and the middle plate and configured to move longitudinally at least partially through the cutout area in the longitudinal direction.[French]
