The present disclosure relates to methods to add one or more multi-functional layers on a backplane of a microLED array to deal with specific functions of the microLED. In particular, adding a color conversion layer, a high contrast ratio layer or a mirror functional layer to the backplane.[French]
La présente invention concerne des procédés pour ajouter une ou plusieurs couches multifonctionnelles sur un fond de panier d'une matrice de micro-DEL afin d'assurer des fonctions spécifiques de la micro-DEL. En particulier, l'invention concerne l'ajout d'une couche de conversion de couleur, d'une couche à rapport de contraste élevé ou d'une couche fonctionnelle miroir au fond de panier.
