Abstract[English]
This application is directed to detecting presence or quantity of at least two different molecules. A sensor includes a plurality of chambers, a nanowell array electrode, and a circuit board platform. The sensor separates, cleaves, filters, and detects the at least two different molecules selected from the group consisting of Aβ peptides and tau-protein from a sample in the plurality of nanowells. In some embodiments, the presence or quantity of at least three different Aβ peptides is detected, and an effective amount of a therapeutic compound is administrated to treat Alzheimer in a subject in need thereof.[French]
La présente invention concerne la détection de la présence ou de la quantité d'au moins deux molécules différentes. Un capteur comprend une pluralité de chambres, une électrode à réseau de nanopuits et une plateforme de carte de circuit imprimé. Le capteur sépare, clive, filtre et détecte les au moins deux molécules différentes choisies dans le groupe constitué de peptides Aβ et de protéine tau à partir d'un échantillon dans la pluralité de nanopuits. Dans certains modes de réalisation, la présence ou la quantité d'au moins trois peptides Aβ différents est détectée, et une quantité efficace d'un composé thérapeutique est administrée pour traiter la maladie d'Alzheimer chez un sujet en ayant besoin.
