Abstract[English]
A multiple-lumen catheter apparatus includes an elongated body (12) and a directional control handle (30) that is capable of maintaining multiple fluidic pathways through the handle to lumens in the catheter body while rotating the elongated body about its longitudinal axis. At least one of the non-axial fluidic pathways through the handle can remain stationary during catheter body rotation.[French]
