Abstract[English] A process for treating a wastewater and a system to perform the process is developed. The process comprises contacting an incoming wastewater stream with at least one microorganism, activating the at least one microorganism, purifying the incoming wastewater, reducing a nitrate pollution of the incoming wastewater, sedimentation of a plurality of activated sludge aggregates, discharging a clarified effluent, and discharging a stabilized odorless activated sludge after at least 25 days wherein due to a design of the system, the process is carried out in a semi-continuous mode and can withstand the chemical, organic, and hydraulic shocks. The process results in production of a high-quality clarified effluent and the odorless sludge as well as removing a suitable and pre-determined amount of nitrogen.[French] L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'eaux usées et un système pour effectuer le procédé. Le procédé comprend la mise en contact d'un flux d'eaux usées entrant avec au moins un micro-organisme, l'activation du ou des micro-organismes, l'épuration des eaux usées entrantes, la réduction de la pollution par les nitrates des eaux usées entrantes, la sédimentation d'une pluralité d'agrégats de boues activées, l'évacuation d'un effluent clarifié, et l'évacuation de boues activées inodores stabilisées après au moins 25 jours, le procédé étant réalisé en mode semi-continu grâce à la conception du système et pouvant résister aux chocs chimiques, organiques et hydrauliques. Le procédé conduit à la production d'un effluent clarifié de haute qualité et des boues inodores ainsi qu'à l'élimination d'une quantité appropriée et prédéterminée d'azote.
