Abstract[English]
An automotive inverter including a grounding spring, a thermal boss to measure a coolant temperature, an AC busbar assembly, a DC busbar assembly, a motor harness configured to seal a cable passing into a housing of the automotive inverter, an injection molded plastic double shot and an alignment insulator are provided. The motor cable harness includes a clip that includes two halves, the two halves coming together to surround the cable; an O-ring positioned around the cable and disposed within the two halves surrounding the cable, wherein the two halves encapsulate the O-ring; and a potting material disposed and surrounding the cable.[French]
L'invention concerne un onduleur automobile comprenant un ressort de mise à la terre, un bossage thermique pour mesurer la température de liquide de refroidissement, un ensemble barre omnibus CA, un ensemble barre omnibus CC, un faisceau de moteur conçu pour sceller un câble passant dans un boîtier de l'onduleur automobile, une pièce plastique obtenue par moulage à double injection et un isolant d'alignement. Le faisceau de câbles de moteur comprend une pince composée de deux moitiés, les deux moitiés s'assemblant pour entourer le câble ; un joint torique positionné autour du câble et disposé à l'intérieur des deux moitiés entourant le câble, les deux moitiés encapsulant le joint torique ; et une matière d'enrobage disposée de manière à envelopper le câble.
