Abstract[English]
A method for cleaning a molding insert for injection-molding of single-use ophthalmic lens molds comprises the steps of providing an insert holder and a molding surface of the molding insert faces away from the insert holder. A dry ice nozzle comprises an inlet for the supply of dry ice, a nozzle channel comprising a longitudinally extending diverging inner wall portion terminating in an outlet opening of the nozzle channel, and a nozzle housing with a circumferentially running distal end wall. The nozzle housing further comprises a housing wall portion extending away from the distal end wall to define an exhaust channel. The method further comprises positioning the dry ice nozzle on the insert holder, supplying dry ice particles to the nozzle inlet to generate a jet of dry ice particles impinging on the molding surface of the molding insert, and removing exhaust gases.[French]
Un procédé de nettoyage d'un insert de moulage pour le moulage par injection de moules de verre ophtalmique à usage unique comprend les étapes consistant à fournir un support d'insert, une surface de moulage de l'insert de moulage étant orientée à l'opposé du support d'insert. Une buse de glace sèche comprend une entrée pour l'alimentation en glace sèche, un canal de buse comprenant une partie paroi interne divergente s'étendant longitudinalement et se terminant dans une ouverture de sortie du canal de buse, et un corps de buse ayant une paroi d'extrémité distale s'étendant sur la circonférence. Le corps de buse comprend en outre une partie paroi de corps s'étendant à l'opposé de la paroi d'extrémité distale pour définir un canal d'échappement. Le procédé consiste en outre à positionner la buse de glace sèche sur le support d'insert, à alimenter l'entrée de la buse en particules de glace sèche pour produire un jet de particules de glace sèche venant frapper la surface de moulage de l'insert de moulage, et à éliminer les gaz d'échappement.
