Abstract[English] The present subject matter relates generally to a recombinant host cell comprising a polynucleotide fragment encoding for a polypeptide fragment of a fusion protein. The present subject matter also relates to a polynucleotide fragment, a polypeptide fragment, an expression vector and an expression vector replicating cell used for the production and development of the recombinant host cell. Further, the present subject matter relates to a process for production of isomaltulose from sucrose using the recombinant host cell. The present subject matter also pertains to an isomaltulose obtained from the process. The recombinant host cell expresses a cell-wall anchored sucrose isomerase enzyme, resulting in an improved conversion of sucrose to isomaltulose.[French] La présente invention concerne d'une manière générale une cellule hôte recombinante comprenant un fragment polynucléotidique codant pour un fragment polypeptidique d'une protéine de fusion. La présente invention concerne également un fragment polynucléotidique, un fragment polypeptidique, un vecteur d'expression et une cellule de réplication de vecteur d'expression utilisés pour la production et le développement de la cellule hôte recombinante.
