Abstract[English] Methods and systems for overcoming challenges in applying NMR-based methods for characterizing mixtures of chemical compounds in solution are disclosed. The methods and systems generally impart large nuclear spin polarizations to chemical compounds in the solution. The large nuclear spin polarization may allow characterization of the mixtures when the compounds are present at relatively low concentrations. Pure-shift NMR techniques can be utilized to allow better resolution of each compound in a complex mixture. Methods and systems for overcoming challenges in applying NMR-based methods for analyzing macromolecule-ligand binding interactions are further disclosed. The methods and systems generally use hyperpolarization techniques to impart large nuclear spin polarizations to ligands. The large nuclear spin polarization may allow for high-throughput characterization of macromolecule-ligand interactions for a large library of ligands by drastically reducing the amount of signal averaging (and thus time) required to analyze the macromolecule-ligand binding interactions.[French] L'invention concerne des procédés et des systèmes pour surmonter les difficultés liées à l'application de procédés basés sur la résonance magnétique nucléaire (RMN) en vue de caractériser des mélanges de composés chimiques en solution.
