Abstract[English] A system and method for automated synthesis of a macromolecule from a nucleic acid template is provided, which includes a flow cell with a sipper, a mount with a thermal block, a pump, a selectable valve, a holder, an XYZ gantry, and a controller. The flow cell can be held in a fixed position while the gantry can move the holder to sippers of the flow cell. In this configuration, the sipper length can be reduced or minimized to reduce loss of precious reagents and the synthesized macromolecule.[French] L'invention concerne un système et un procédé de synthèse automatisée d'une macromolécule à partir d'un modèle d'acide nucléique, qui comprend une cuve à circulation avec un tube, un support avec un bloc thermique, une pompe, une soupape sélectionnable, un support, un portique XYZ et un dispositif de commande. La cuve à circulation peut être maintenue dans une position fixe tandis que le portique peut déplacer le support vers des supports de la cuve à circulation.
