Provided herein are methods of treating Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis (EGPA) comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of an anti- interleukin-5 receptor alpha (IL-5Rα) antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof such as benralizumab.[French]
