Abstract[English]
A magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-safe manipulation system comprises: a) a guiding mechanism; and b) one or more bellow actuators which are fluid-driven. The guiding mechanism is a surgical intervention tool (1-10) and the one or more bellow actuators are linear bellow actuators (1-7). The system further comprises: a) a first gripper (1-2) for gripping the surgical intervention tool (1-10) at a first location; b) a second gripper (1-3) for gripping the surgical intervention tool (1-10) at a second location, wherein the second location is separated by one of the one or more bellow actuators (1-7); wherein each of the first gripper (1-2) and second gripper (1-3) comprise a diaphragm (1-5) that expands under fluid pressure to grip the surgical intervention tool (1-10).[French]
La présente invention concerne un système de manipulation sans danger pour l'imagerie par résonance magnétique (IRM). Dans un mode de réalisation, le système comprend : a) un mécanisme de guidage; et b) un ou plusieurs actionneurs à soufflet qui sont entraînés par fluide. Dans un mode de réalisation, ledit mécanisme de guidage est un instrument chirurgical et ledit ou lesdits actionneurs à soufflet sont des actionneurs à soufflet linéaires ; ledit système comprend en outre : a) un premier dispositif de préhension pour saisir ledit instrument chirurgical à un premier emplacement ; b) un second dispositif de préhension pour saisir ledit instrument chirurgical à un second emplacement, ledit second emplacement étant séparé par l'un desdits actionneurs à soufflet ; chacun desdits premier dispositif de préhension et second dispositif de préhension comportant un diaphragme qui se dilate sous pression de fluide pour saisir ledit instrument chirurgical.
