A sealing system for sealing between a rotary part of a rotary kiln and a stationary part of a kiln riser transition piece and/or stationary parts of grate cooler, said sealing system comprising one or more graphite sealing members, which are arranged with individual thrust mechanism, said thrust mechanism comprising tension springs configured to thrust the graphite-sealing member against said rotary part; which comprises a guide mechanism configured to enable linear movement of the graphite-sealing member; said guide mechanism comprising a first guide block, a second guide block and guide rods, wherein the first guide and second guide blocks are configured to traverse longitudinally on the guide rods; a stationary sheet metal module coupled to the stationary part of a kiln riser transition piece and/or stationary parts of grate cooler, configured to house said thrust mechanism a tension adjustment member coupled to the first guide block.[French]
La présente invention concerne un système d'étanchéité destiné à assurer l'étanchéité entre une partie rotative d'un four rotatif et une partie fixe d'une pièce de transition de colonne montante de four et/ou de parties fixes de refroidisseur de grille, ledit système d'étanchéité comprenant un ou plusieurs éléments d'étanchéité en graphite, qui sont agencés avec un mécanisme de poussée individuel, ledit mécanisme de poussée comprenant des ressorts de tension conçus pour pousser l'élément d'étanchéité en graphite contre ladite partie rotative ; qui comprend un mécanisme de guidage configuré pour permettre un mouvement linéaire de l'élément d'étanchéité en graphite ; ledit mécanisme de guidage comprenant un premier bloc de guidage, un second bloc de guidage et des tiges de guidage, le premier guide et le second bloc de guidage étant conçus pour traverser longitudinalement les tiges de guidage ; un module de tôle fixe couplé à la partie fixe d'une pièce de transition de colonne montante de four et/ou de parties fixes de refroidisseur de grille, conçu pour loger ledit mécanisme de poussée, un élément de réglage de tension couplé au premier bloc de guidage.
