Abstract[English]
In this invention, nano technology and nano materials have been used to create a hybrid nano fluid oil to improve the cooling performance, electrical insulation and heat transfer in power transformers. In order to achieve an easy, fast, low-cost solution, a simple method was used to produce the nano-oil. The product is a hybrid of metal oxide nanoparticles and a wide range of surface stabilizers to stabilize the dispersion of particles. One of the aims of this invention is to increase the thermal conductivity of the oil which improves the heat transfer performance and to be poured directly into the tank of power distribution transformers. Another acheivement of this invention is the improvement in the physical and electrical properties of the oil, including density, viscosity, and dielectric breakdown point.[French]
Dans la présente invention, la nano-technologie et des nanomatériaux ont été utilisés pour créer une nano-huile fluide hybride afin d'améliorer les performances de refroidissement, l'isolation électrique et le transfert de chaleur dans des transformateurs de puissance. Afin d'obtenir une solution facile, rapide et économique, un procédé simple a été utilisé pour produire la nano-huile. Le produit est un hybride de nanoparticules d'oxyde métallique et une large gamme de stabilisateurs de surface pour stabiliser la dispersion des particules. L'un des buts de la présente invention est d'augmenter la conductivité thermique de l'huile qui améliore les performances de transfert de chaleur et la possibilité de verser l'huile directement dans le réservoir de transformateurs de distribution d'énergie. L'un des autres buts de la présente invention est d'améliorer les propriétés physiques et électriques de l'huile, notamment sa densité, sa viscosité et son point de rupture diélectrique.
